At Zero Waste Co, we want you to love your sustainable home goods, but if a product isn't right for your space, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused items in their original plastic-free packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items using our compostable shipping mailers or a reused cardboard box, ensuring all original tags are attached.

• 3.
  Ship with Care

  Afford your pre-paid carbon-neutral shipping label to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods for quality, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
